David Manzella

Senior Vice President Sales and Marketing

As a proud native of Buffalo, New York, David attended the State University College at Buffalo. Shortly after graduation, he moved to Orlando, Florida to pursue a career in the hospitality industry. He started his career with a sales role at the Omni Rosen Hotel. After several promotions within Rosen Hotels, he continued his progression up the hospitality industry ladder with senior leadership roles with The Walt Disney World Resort and Hilton Hotels, both located in Orlando, Florida.

After 13 successful years in Orlando, he accepted a leadership role with the world’s largest resort, The Venetian and Palazzo Resort Hotel Casino in Las Vegas, Nevada as the Regional Director of Sales. The experience and knowledge gained in this sales and marketing leadership role led to his current position as the Senior Vice President of Sales & Marketing with Fiesta Americana Travelty Meetings & Events/Posadas. In this current position, David oversees all group sales & marketing efforts for the Posadas’ brands — Live Aqua, Grand Fiesta Americana and Fiesta Americana. He currently resides in Peoria, Arizona and is active with many industry boards and forward thinking hospitality initiatives.

Danielle Dunfee

Originally from New York and a graduate of Fordham University, where she studied International Law, Danielle Dunfee brings more than 20 years of hospitality experience and over 15 years specializing in group sales throughout Mexico and the Caribbean. Known for her strong industry relationships, destination knowledge, and straightforward, partnership-driven approach, Danielle has worked with meeting planners, incentive houses, and corporate groups across destinations including Jamaica, St. Lucia, Costa Rica, Curacao, the Bahamas, the Dominican Republic, and Mexico. She is recognized for being highly responsive, well connected within the industry, and deeply knowledgeable in helping clients navigate the group sales process, from sourcing the right destination and property to understanding the operational details that make programs successful.

As Regional Director of Group Sales, Danielle works closely with clients throughout the Southeast U.S. and Canada, specializing in corporate meetings, incentives, and group programs. Now based in South Florida, Danielle balances her passion for hospitality and travel with life at home alongside her firefighter husband and their two surfer boys. She takes pride in building long-term relationships and serving as a trusted resource for clients looking for the right fit for their programs throughout Mexico and the Caribbean.

Ms. Kwiatkowski has over 28 years of experience in the industry with her first 11 years spent on the buyer’s side as a meeting and incentive event planner in Chicago. She then joined the supplier side within the industry and has worked for the past 17 years for some of the major hotel companies selling both domestic and international destinations. With her previous experiences and currently having the role as the Regional Director of Groups Sales Midwest at Fiesta Americana Travelty Meetings & Events, Ms. Kwiatkowski truly understands all sides of the business. She is a passionate and dedicated person who will stop at nothing to be an amazing partner for all of your Mexico needs. Kelli is an active member of SITE Chicago, Minnesota and Midwest.

Chad Giger is a tenured hospitality professional with over 20 years of hotel and resort experience, including more than 8 years of leadership experience as a Director of Sales and Marketing. Prior to joining Fiesta Americana Travelty Meetings & Events, Chad worked in several Senior and Regional sales positions, handling the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic markets for both, Independent Luxury Resorts and Hilton Hotels.

Chad’s passion for selling resorts came from his time spent living and selling two upscale resorts in the Florida Keys. Although a native to Pittsburgh, PA, Chad immediately fell in love with the concept of selling a unique destination experience to his customers, so they too could embrace the local culture, while hosting a successful meeting. At Fiesta Americana Travelty Meetings & Events, Chad is most excited about the unparalleled service and attention to detail he can offer his clients, while delivering a truly bespoke meetings and event experience.

Throughout his notable career, Casey has held pivotal roles at leading Hotel global brands, after launching his career at the Fiesta Americana Guadalajara. In his current role as Director of Sales for the Central South USA region for Fiesta Americana Travelty Meetings & Events, he leverages his deep expertise in Mexico tourism to provide strategic counsel for meetings and corporate incentives across Mexico and Punta Cana. Rebecca Riggs brings a wealth of knowledge and meeting and incentive experience to Posadas USA. She has been in the hotel industry since 1993, with a focus on the West Coast Market including major blue chip technology companies since 1998. Her experience includes positions as a National Sales Manager at Caesars Palace in Las Vegas, NV and she began selling Mexico in 2003 with Starwood Hotels & Resorts of Mexico. She joined the Fiesta Americana Travelty Meetings & Events family in 2008.
