An enchanted garden is growing at Grand Fiesta Americana Los Cabos. Herbs and vegetables conducive to the arid desert climate, from peppers to Mexican oregano, are thriving in the garden beds that flank the walking path through this intimate space. Executive Sous Chef Alejandro Macías is thrilled to be growing ingredients on-site that he can incorporate into the resort’s dishes for guests to enjoy.
And what a magical space for events. Chef Macías and his team orchestrated their first elegant, private dinner this month for the “Let’s Shine Together” Fam Trip and what a 5-star evening they enjoyed. A beautiful bar greeted the group as they walked in, and local Kumamoto oysters were freshly shucked and Los Cabos’ “chocolate clams” (named for their color) with chorizo were served. A jaw-dropping dinner table was set at the back of the garden with a live band who set the mood. The food was incredible and the service impeccable. Plans for the Amaya Garden are ambitious and vast, including expanding the garden and offering cooking and cocktail classes with the garden’s ingredients. When you book Grand Fiesta Americana Los Cabos All Inclusive Golf & Spa, be sure to plan a special event in the Amaya Garden.
